We read in the prophet Hosea of God seeking to re-establish his relationship with Israel using the imagery of alluring her into the desert to speak tenderly to her again. (cf Hosea 2)
We are off to the desert to wait in silence and solitude before our Lord in our annual retreat. Half the Sisters work as Marthas while half retreat with our Spouse as Marys sitting at his feet, listening and adoring. Then we have a short break and we swap roles.
Please pray for us as we pray more intensely for you! All prayer requests will still be received, though we will be reducing communication to better profit from this time of graced prayer. We share a photo from the archives of our desert home in New Mexico for so many beautiful years.
