This year the Solemnity of Saint Joseph falls on Laetare Sunday, the Fourth Sunday of Lent. That means its celebration is moved to Monday, March 20th. This gives us double the reasons to rejoice both in the joys of Laetare Sunday but also remembering Great Saint Joseph on both the 19th and the 20th. In fact, we’ve been praying a Novena to Saint Joseph for the last nine days. Each evening we gather at a shrine we display in the Chapter room and pray together for our intention of funding and completing the Holy Family building. We look forward in joy to discover how he will answer our petitions, knowing it will always be in keeping with the Will of God.
Ite ad Joseph!
