Handmaids Chapter of Elections
On October 2nd, 2013 the Handmaids of the Precious Blood all gathered at Cor Jesu Monastery in Jemez Springs, NM for a Chapter of Elections. Handmaids of the Precious Blood from all three houses (Benton, Tennessee; Jemez Springs, New Mexico; Lake Villa, Illinois) participated. Rev. Mother Marietta was re-elected for a second term as the Reverend Mother Prioress and a new Council was elected and installed.
Archbishop Michael Sheehan of Santa Fe presided over the election and celebrated Mass for the Sisters.
