Similar to the weekly Wednesday of a day devoted to the honor of Saint Joseph, the nineteenth day of each month is treated likewise. Think of it like an extension of his March 19th Feast Day throughout the rest of the year.
An excerpt from a conference given by Father Gerald in 1942:
“…consider how fitting it is that Saint Joseph should have a special place in our lives and in our devotions. I love to think of Saint Joseph as a man whom God trusted and who did not fail.”
Imagine. A man who didn’t fail God. Even King David couldn’t say that.
